Default CEL Code 22 - What to fix?!?

I pulled my CEL code last night and it came up with "22".

I've had the car at the dealer a couple of times for the same code and they said nothing was wrong and reset the light. The CEL is now tripping at least once per time I drive the vehicle and I'm losing VTEC everytime that happens (unless I shut the car off and then turn it back on).

My question is what should I look to check or replace? The C-Speed Racing site says it a "VTEC Oil Pressure Switch", but the dealer allegedly tested it and said it was fine. Is that the likely culprit or is it something else? TIA.

22 is VTEC system failure code. It can be the pressure switch, vtec sol, ECU and I think one other item.. check oil level first since it doesn't seem to happen instantly.

OK, I religiously check the oil level and it was within the acceptable range (middle of the marks) when I checked it last fillup. At that, I'm getting the CEL code daily.

Dealer checked the VTEC solenoid last time in and it was fine, but I don't remember about the any pressure switch, or further tests they did. Looks like I may have to consult the Bentley....

I will top the oil off tonight and see if that makes a difference before I get too involved though.
