Default cams

i just got a b18c5 motor from a friend. it came with crower 63402 cams. i was wondering if these cams are any good for this motor. what would you guys recommend? i was thinking of selling these cams and going with a ctr intake cam and a itr exhaust cam. suggestions?
thanks

thanks for the thread. although the crower 63402's arn't listed on there, they are probably better than the stock R cams....right?

IMO , JUN 3 or Toda Bs. Pretty much zero problems and good gains.
