Probably the best answer you could get... someone tuning an ECU they are very familiar with, IMO, is more likely to get more power for you than someone who is unfamiliar with a different type of standalone.

Depends what you are trying to achieve as well as the configuration you are trying to achieve it on...
Also as mentioned, select a ECU which local shops are very confortable with, something they have worked with many times before.

If you can find a Hondata tuner near you, go for it.
