it should be under the steering column...mine is a SRS service plug...but it's connected to the little door. If this isn't what your talking about, sorry, but it looks the same.

The ITR comes with one, you just have to plug it in.

It's in your steering column.

All cars that come with airbags come with plugs to disable them.

Would this mean that the light comes on? Are both airbags disabled after this? Is the process reverable?

I curious if you can put in a resistor the exact resistance as the airbag in the plug to fake out the computer so the pass. airbag will remain functional. I've done this for a customer's Jeep Liberty but I wonder if it'll work for us?

Its been a long time since I took out my airbags, but I dont think my 1997 ITR came with the plugs to disable the the SRS dash light. I just unplugged the harness from the back of the cluster to get it to shut off.

Older Honda/Acura SRS systems had a short connector in the steering column cover. Newer Honda/Acura SRS systems use a self shorting connector( looks like the connector for the RSX is your first post). What are trying to accomplish? Remove the passenger airbag to save weight? If that is what you are trying to do, you will need to trick the SRS ECU into thinking that the passenger airbag is connected and functional.
