there are 2 kinds of ys1 transmissions. both are cable. one is a long geared 90-93 ls tranny, the other is a short geared 92-93 xsi/gsr transmission. neither will fit your hydraulic-tranny equipped car without a conversion kit like the one hasport makes.
if i were you, i would not bother. find a gsr, type r or b16 transmission instead.
