installing lca?
is there a website where it shows how to install it, when i took it off i noticed everything was held together very tight and when released everything connected sprung back away from it, so i just want to make sure on how to get everything together with all the tensions...its for an '89 LS and the front left lower control arm...
you might try http://www.g1teg.org (since you're working on an 89) and do a search
if you just need the Service Manual with torque specs, look at http://www.redpepperracing.com, and click on the service manual link. You can use the manual from an 86-89 Integra or 84-87 Civic (same chassis) I believe, tq specs and LCA design will be the same. this should be the page you need:

eh, use your judgement. Tighten it down, then give another 3/4 turn.
It probably felt like it was under tension when you took it apart because it wasnt supported. Use a jack to support the brake. jack it, start from the middle working out.
hondatuningmagazine.com probably has a few tech articles

to remove the ball joint i have to unscrew it from the back of the caliper? because it seems like thats what its doing, i only tried for like a minute but it was definetly unscrewing....or maybe it unscews for a little bit and then i hit it out?
