95 ls with a gsr swap and im pretty sure its an ls wiring harness. so heres a picture

im trying to figure out what the green plug is for under the dizzy. it plugs up to where the cam end is but thats the wire that is hanging loose from the ecu and the vtec is not working. can someone give me an idea what that plus is for, only one wire comes off the plug and its green/black wire. im trying to use this https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2074726 for reference but can anyone help me here?

i believe that is your v-tec solenoid, you would need that connected to have v-tec work. as for where it goes, i will let someone else tell you in further detail.
