so i was driving today and when i went to roll the window down (power windows) the window just dropped 3/4 of the way down. the regulator is not making any noise, like it is skipping or anything. so my question is do you think the window just came off the track or the window regulator went, or something else? i am going to remove the door panel for further inspection. any help would be great. thanks.

Same thing happened to me. My window would be slow at first coming down, then finally stayed closed. Will not roll down. I think its the motor.
