what sensor is this?

Default what sensor is this?

I know it camefrom a B18a1. Its from the back of the block its the one with the green plug.

I think It's an ECT sensor, not a knock sensor. Sorry!

Yeah i was going to say my knock sensor didnt look like that...

I didn't think LS motor's had knock sensors...

That sensor belongs on the passenger side of the head, next to where the short radiator hose mounts. It will be wet, unlike the fan switch.

I took the sensor from the back of a b18a1, i have a pic from where it came from if that will help

Sorry, the B18a1 is different from the GSR & ITR motor's I am familiar with.

After some googling, you have an oil pressure sensor, oil pressure switch, and ECT sensor all back there next to the oil filter. I believe that green plug to be an Oil Pressure Switch.

I have to agree. It's either the oil presure or oil temp. I'm leaning more towards oil temp..
