weird starter problem

ok when i turn the key to the second click the starter goes constant. i turn the key back it stops. it like the cars gettin direct power to the starter. please help

someone told me it might be thde ignition switch. but just replaced and no luck

so the starter cranks on the run position? does it start? if you turn it to start does the starter stop?
