Default electrical help needed! starting problem integra

So my 95 integra won't start sometimes. It's been a growing problem the past 3 years. It will click all the relays when I turn the key into the start position but it will not turn the starter. The starter will even click. I've put multiple starters in and it hasn't changed anything but if I turn it enough times it will start.

I pulled voltage at the starter signal and I get battery voltage when I put the ignition in the start position and the start signal not connected to the starter. But when I pull voltage when the starter signal is connected to the starter it only pulls 4 volts. I've been fighting this problem for years now and I'm clueless. I could really use some help.

O ohms from the starter to the chassis. Also if I jump from the starter power to the signal it will turn over.

Yes

It's possible somehow the solenoid is bad. Doesn't happen often but it's possible.

I can hear the solinoid click but the motor won't turn over. I've put like 5 starters in this car and it's never fixed the problem.

It's very possible the ignition switch is bad. In fact, I would say highly likely. It may not be able to handle the voltage going passed the solder joints due to excessive resistance.

You can do a voltage drop test to confirm across the solder joints.

First, though, test for resistance from the starter casing to the negative battery terminal post. Make sure to touch the post itself.

Here, scroll down to Checking The Starter Circuit.

Boom got it! Ended up being the ignition switch. Was putting out 2 volts less than the battery power. Thanks for your help! Looks like it is time to go push button start.

No problem. Just get another ignition switch. They are one of the easist things to replace unless you got an alarm.
