weird ebrake problem
have you guys ever tried to pull up your ebrake and not have it lock and stay in place? usually, when you pull the ebrake up, it clicks into place... however you position the ebrake. have any of you had the problem with pullin the ebrake but not clicking at all and easily dropping once you let go of it? ive had this happen twice over the last few weeks. if i hold the button down and pull it up without it clicking.. it will stay. but if i just pull the handle up, it wont click or stay in place. after a few attempts... it will work and click just fine. but im wondering why im havin this weird ebrake problem now. hmmm...
mine is a 94 rs coupe... in case u guys think it matters.

if your rear brake pads are startign to wear...you'll have to pull your ebrake up real high before it locks...and basically it's not holding anyway. check your rear brakes.
Actually that happened to me once or twice. It was my button sticking. I just clicked it a couple of times. And its never happened again. At first i was like WTF also. Check youre rear pads, and it wouldent hurt to adjust the ebreak anyways. Honda reccomends 6-10 clicks to fully lock the rear wheels.
