Default weapon-r intakes

i dunno if this has been covered or not, but whats the deal with the new w-r sri? are they good? how much of a difference is there between a aem cai and the w-r sri?

I doubt it would be very good since it's by weapon-r, and i guess whatever difference there would be between a short-ram and cia. Any pics of it on their site?

Never. That's why intake making companies make so much money. They sell a $10 pipe for $200. I should get involved in that....

EDIT: Just as a side note, weapon-r filters are ugly as hell.

To an extent I agree with you guys, however let's not forget the companies that actually do a good job at it. J's Racing, Mugen... There are several companies out there that actually design their stuff in wind tunnels and do a good job at it.

I thought somebody did a test with an ebay intake and k&n filter vs a AEM sri and the ebay one outperformed the AEM by like 1hp. Either way, the gains from an intake, especially a sri, are tiny. Hit the gym and you'll notice more of a difference

Or, even better, replace your intake with turbo piping......

I can actually picture that. The low dollar intakes are pretty much nothing but a pipe and a filter 'have a nice day that will be $250.00'.

brando that chick in ur avatar is so incredibly hot. what about the sound difference between the sri and cai? could someone tell me where i could buy a J's racing?
