well ive noticed that when i hit 5800

my secondaries either r dead quiet or dont hit anymore

im coming up for an oil change (500 miles) so it could be that

or

i hit a big pothole on highway and once in a while my turn signal messes up
so im wondering if it could be electrical

any suggestion?

 

not even sure if vtec engages

 

mine actually stayed closed and wouldn't open today

i took the vaccum line off

do that and see if it opens

 

my 95 gsr hits after 6krpm vtec is at like 4.6krpm. check oil level. make sure(I dont know how its called but) the thing on the right side of the manifold, its round and have a vaccume line attached to it.... make sure its conected or maybe the wire on the right side could be dissconected. or try to dissconect the hose and hear it and then connect it again and see

ure car is gonna sound like a tractor from 4.5k rpm when u take that lil rubber piece of and ure vtec at 6 wont be heard wen it kiks in cuzz the secondaries are gonna be open all the time

just how i understand it

 

not sound like a tractor but like a gsr with a skunk2 manifold with no butterflys. yea the secondaries after 6k wont be heard cuz there open already.
