when car is sitting at idle its tough to get it into any gear, one i push it into first gear and start moving, there is no problem getting it into any other gears and no grinds....what can this be?how can i fix it?

low on clucth fluid, clutch needs to be bled?

 

the fluid is fine and the peddle doesnt seam to be softer than what it usually is
