I own a 95 acra integra RS. As i drive and speed up and i reach 3rd gear and my rpm goes up past 3 grand the car starts to bounce. In 1st gear it will bounce at about 5 or 6 grand. In 2nd it bounce at around 4 to 5 grand and so on. Im pritty sure its the tranny but a friend told me it my be that my cat or muffler is being cloged or something like that. Any body have any ideas about whats going on. Thank you.

 

need more details..what do u mean by bounce the engine is bucking? the car is shaking please explain more

 

could be axles if the whole car is bouncing more and more at higher speeds
