Transmission
Lately when I take off in 1st and go to shift into 2nd, it kinda pops out of 1st when I barely touch it and then it grinds when I go to 2nd... is it the clutch or new fluid? and also, every once in a while I can only get it half way into 1st until I roll a little and then it'll pop into gear. Any suggestions?
I can't really picture what you mean with the 1st problem, or for that matter, the 2nd one either. But I will try:
1) Are these higher speed shifts, or is this when you are just taking your time? High RPM or low RPM? Is your foot all the way down? If you are grinding on a higher speed shift with High RPM, and you are using the clutch as you should then it sounds more like a 2nd gear synchro grind. You can try using some GM syncromesh or Honda MTF, see if its gets better. But that will just be a bandaid, it will go out eventually and you will need to replace the 2nd gear synchro. If your clutch isn't slipping, I doubt you have any clutch issues, especially if you don't have the problems in any other gear.
2) Do you mean you can't get it into 1st when you are starting the car, or is this when you are already moving and want to downshift into first? Sometimes, Honda trannies have a problem where you need to put it in first, and then reverse for it to go into reverse. I never heard of that happening with 1st though. You are probably talking about when you are moving, or starting from a stop. Getting it into 1st can be difficult in both of these situations, but it's normal. If you are at a stop and it won't go in, I usually just put it in neutral, step off the clutch, put the clutch back in, and it always will go into 1st. If you are talking about while moving, you need to give it some throttle to bring up the RPMs so it will go into 1st.

when it grinds, I am shifting at higher rpms and when I let off the clutch, it pops out and then I try going to second and it grinds, so i let off the clutch again and slow down a little then it will go into gear.
With first gear, it is similar to reverse as it won't completely go all the way into gear until I eaither gas it a little or let off the clutch and give it a try again, its a pain in rush hour stop and go.
The guys at Napa said it was the either the throw out bearing or the clutch

i'd say check fluid level in trans, if low fill it up (honda MTF or 10w-30 motor oil). then check shift linkage for any bends. bleed the clutch (i'm assuming its a DC). make sure the clutch pedal isn't blocked from reaching the floor (bunched up carpet). try all that out and see what you come up with.
I tried checking the fluid level but i can't find a resevoir or a dipstick for it... Am I dumbass or did I just miss it? I'm used to working on old engines so I'm clueless when it comes to the mix and match resevoirs
dipstick and resevoirs are for AT's. what you do is look under the passenger side the car looking where the axle goes in. you'll notice a drain plug about halfway up on the side of the casing behind the axle. remove the drain plug. put your finger in it, can you feel fluid? if not... fill it till it wont hold anymore cause it leaks out.
