So I was in the Integra today, and when the light turned green, I could not get it to go into ANY gear. Not even reverse. Acting like the clutch wasnt engaged. I finally got it into 3rd and rode the clutch thru the light, then it hesitantly started going into the gears, but when its in gear, and i use the clutch, the pedal seems to shudder a little as i let off of it, then when i put it in neutral, the clutch seems fine.

WTF? Bad fluid? Bad slave cylinder? WHat do you think?

Did you check the fluid level? I remember in the 98 GSR I had, the clutch felt like it was going out when the fluid got a little low. I doubt your problem is the result of 'bad' fluid, but changing it out wouldn't be a bad idea. If it's not your fluid, check your slave cylinder.
