Default TOrque specifications... header??

i have a 94 b18b1 ls teggy and lately it sounds like i have a leak up in front... it sounds like its comin out of the header (obx-r racing header) right where it meets the block.

Im pretty sure i tightened it down too much to the point to where the gasket was crushed.

Does anyone know the exact torque specs for header/manifold to block?? thanks.

if it is warped, using two gaskets instead of one worked on mine.
