Well the store near my house charges 250 (arizona). But I just had a couple of buddies help me, took 4 hours. Not really a big deal. Try to find some local peeps and save the change.... buy them lunch for payment

seriously 400 bucks! thats alot to install suspension. i would recomend doing a search for install instructions. its really pretty basic. you have have any kind of mechanical skills at all you should be able to figure it out. even if you are doing it for your first time i dont see it taking longer than 2 or 3 hours.

good luck.

don't you have to compress the shocks?

No you dont have to compress the shocks for the install. Im not certain if you need a spring compressor for installs but I needed one to take off my stock assembly. You can rent spring compressors for free @ autozone and kragen.

Well I just put in some ground controls and it was easy to do it. same process it takes to put in shocks. all you need is some thing to jack up the car and some spring compressors to take out the springs like kendogg said at autozone. they charge like 43 bucks and when you bring it back they give you back your money. If you need help, there's an article on team-integra.net that might help you out a bit..

400 is way to much...i got mine put in for $80... part of it was because the shop made me wait a long time for the shocks/coilovers to come in...but they were gonna charge me $125 originally for the install...

i also recommend what the others say...get some frieds to help so you can learn, at the time i got mine put in, i didnt know that many people...and thats why i got mine done at the shop i bought the set from...

thats ridiculous, i charge kids around town 100 to install and usually good friends ill do for 40-50

on a rust free car takes bout an hour and half, with cars with rust or seized up bolts takes bout 3-4 hours at most if you dont bust anything
