I just bought a 1996 Integra LS 5spd. The car has a small stutter or miss at acceleration and cruising speed. The car just had a head gasket, oil and water pumps, timing belt replaced at a local shop. Well when I went to set the timing the lower cover with the timing pointer was missing. So I looked at the distributor and they had opened up the bolt holes so they could adjust it to full advance or more. So I am guessing they have the belt a tooth off? All help is very appreciated.
