timing off.. "need help"
you need a timing light and a 12 or 14mm wrench. loosen the bolts on the distributor. set the timing light to the proper ignition timing, and aim the light at the crank pulley. then rotate the distributor until the mark lines up on the crank pulley and the cover. don't forget to tighten the bolts on the distributor when you're done. that's the best i can remember, it's been a long time since i worked on an integra...

remove driver wheel and timing belt covers. loosen belt tensioner with a 14mm wrench. remove crank pulley with removal tool and breaker bars. set oil pump gear to TDC be aligning the line with the arrow on the pump. look at the cams and make sure the top arrows point up and the 4 dashes (two on each cam) line up perfectly horizontal buy using a ruler or other straight edge. remove timing belt. straighten cam gears. replace timing belt starting with oil pump, water pump, tensioner, exhaust cam, then intake cam. rotate crank 3 rotations. push up on tensioner and tighten the bolt at the same time. replace timing covers and crank pulley. replace crank bolt with 130ft/lbs tq. done. or you could use the search feature.
