You need a valve cover gasket from autozone, maybe some gasket sealer, and feeler guages. There are already step-by-step tutorials on H-T, so just do some simple searches. I found these in a quick search:

From the type of question your asking us i'd say your not exactly up to par with honda motors, thereby eliminating the option of doing it yourself. I say screw it! take it in to a shop and have it professionally done.
A valve adjustment is not as easy as one might think.
