Default Valve Clearance question!

Hey, I have three questions.

Though I searched I have not been ablt to find that walk-thru on adjusting your valve clearances, where is it?

Also, when I do this, do I need to replace the valve cover gasket?

And what is the difference between adjusting my valve clearance and lash ?

Thanks!

You should as a good practice. Also will need to use Hondabond or RTV on the corners. I would also replace the sparkplug tube gaskets as well while I'm in there.

Same thing, different terms.

it is not necesary depending on how old and miles the motor is i didn't replace mine gaskets till it had aprox 60k miles and they where still good so it all depends on the condition

Thank you all!

*** But! C-SpeedRacing only has a walk-thru for the B-Series. I dunno how safe it is to use that walk-thru for a non-vtec d15b7 d-series engine. I coulda sworn there was a guide posted here in the forums!

EDIT II: I found it; http://www.angelfire.com/biz7/....html

The process is the same though. The clearance specs are different, but the process is identical.
