things needed for adding a supercharger
you have to run low compression to run a supercharger or turbo right? also, what other changes will you have to make to the cam? i have heard type r cams will not work right?
either he has never owned 1 or did and his car wasnt tuned right but on either account he awnsered neither ?
anyway,
stock internals should be ok as long as you dont get a boost controller
but i would at the very least upgrade your fuel delivery system, ie. pump, fuelrail,
injectors and make sure you run colder sparkplugs because of the increase in heat and combustion, also make sure you have your car properly tuned by someone that knows how to tune a supercharger

Blah blah
To answer the question in the post (the topic makes more sense than the body
), for a JRSC install you need:
JRSC
JR FMU or Cartech/Vortech/Something
Intake Manifold Gasket, maybe TB gasket
High flow fuel pump (Walbro GSS317, 342, whatever)
Extra Clamps
Underhood or In-Cabin FP Guage/Boost/AF guage
New fuel filter (if yours is over 15k)
NGK BKR7E plugs
Lotsa Lotsa tools
MOST importantly, a lot of patience and time.
ITR cams would be fine. Traditionally, using aggressive cams with an SC isnt the brightest idea, but since theyre still pretty mild youd see gains.

A more aggressive cam would mean youre more likely to detonate, as I understand it. As long as you can run the same setup as the GSR cams(timing, fuel, etc) without detonation, I dont see how you would not benefit.
