IS THERE A LOT OF DIFFERENCE?
I just bought a Cannon axle back exhaust and I was wondering how much difference in horsepower there really is between the two. Also do you know where I can get the mid section so that i can make it cat-back?

What's the difference in HP between having an axle back (muffler only with the stcok cat back tubbing) and a full cat back system. Is there any difference in power at all?

Well think about this: You got your header first off, then your cat, mid section, and axle back. The Cat, mid and axle back are all stock 1.8in. in diameter. Now the axle back is really chaning maybe 20% of the whole system. On a good dyno graph you might, and I do say might get 15hp (NA) for the whole system. Now you do the math (20% x 15) = Probably what you could max. gain. (+- 1-2hp). Now go out and don't be cheapo and buy the full system - it' s worth it.
