does anyone have this exhaust. how does it perform. What is the difference between the axle back and cat back models. Also does anyone know where to get it cheap?

I don't have it but I can answer some questions.
AXLE back = Muffler plus piping to go over back "axle" and connect to the B pipe or the pipe that runs from the cat to the axle.
Cat back = Pipe from catalytic converter back I.E. axle back + a new B pipe.
Depending on the model of your car depends on the system you will have to use.
If you catalyitic converter is right next to your engine, you must get an axle back or purchase a EX header with cat and get a cat-back.

Re: 5zigen Fireball exhaust (playabill19)
Has anyone noticed how the piping diameter through the resonators are really narrow? Looks pretty restrictive compared to other aftermarket exhausts out there. That's probably why it's alot quieter than the rest.

Re: 5zigen Fireball exhaust (playabill19)
A lot of my friends have that exhaust it's a pretty nice system a little bit louder than I would want (just becuase where I live the cops love to give modified exhaust tickets). If you could find a RS*R exhaust I recomend it . Its quiet , Is 50 state legal (with paperwork), and is well constructed. Only downside is its kind of hard to find since they no longer distribute to the U.S. (if you can find a shop that can get JDM parts they could probably get it for you). My friend is actuallt selling his cat back 5zigen fireball system for $400.00 shipped w/ ins. and its like new, only on car for like two monthes. If interested e-mail me at dream1toc@hotmail.com...............hope that helps.

You guys are talking about the 5Zigen Fireball muffler right?
They manufacture a whole bunch of exhausts, but the Fireball is the most common.
Pic:
Is there a silencer available? Did you get it seperately or as a package?
I'm interested...

Re: 5zigen Fireball exhaust (playabill19)
Every fireball I have heard is really raspy. To this day, I haven't heard a quiet one but I guess my definition of quiet is different.

RS*R is exclusive!! Im searching places to get one. Jdm import places huh? I know the skunk2 mega power is manufactured by RS*R and you can take that to the bank. I got a civic ex coupe tho so good luck of finding one i suppose.
