ey i was wonderin, anyone have a 98-00 teg with a test-pipe? how did u deal wit 02 sensor error, does everyting work fine? i was thinkin bout getting one but my dam restrictive ecu is making me think twice, so if any of u guys have one, tell me if it works gooood, thanxxx

 

I have a 99 gsr with a test pipe, so far I don't get the code.. I got it once and reset the ecu.. havnt got it since.. 5k miles with no o2 CEL...

it's plugged in and zip tied to the linkage under hte car... works fine..

 

what kinda test pipe u got? its jus normal rite? no o2 bung welded in2 it?

 

While we are on the subject of test pipes, has anyone been brave enough to have their Teg smog tested with a test pipe or hollow cat? My inspection is due in 19 days... Not like I have a test pipe or something like that...

 

It would fail both visual and the sniff test. You have to have a cat installed to even have ANY sort of chance at passing.
