What company makes test pipes for 04 s2k. And when do u get an emmision test for ur car

emissions will depend on your state/location

We just finished production on our 65mm straight pipe with a built in O2 cel fix.
We are a new board sponsor here on HT and will be hosting our group buy as soon as my web guy finished our banner ad.

Not likely. If you have inspection first, you will definitely fail. Just go for emissions with the cat on, then switch to test pipe. Have some flanges welded on your old cat so you can swap back yourself if you have to go for emissions testing again.
