Default loose or on good?

just wondering if this downpipe is on tightly or is it loose? you can tell from the pictures that the vband doesnt look like its covering the exhaust housing on the turbo all the way... is this normal or is it now on all the way?

i have no clue about turbo applications...but those welds look straight GANGSTER!

not sure but should put like some sort of rubber between the flanges to make sure... but **** looks good... sorry for not helping... bump cause u need to know!
