is this downpipe on good or loose?

Default is this downpipe on good or loose?

just wondering if this downpipe is on tightly or is it loose? you can tell from the pictures that the vband doesnt look like its covering the exhaust housing on the turbo all the way... is this normal or is it now on all the way?
