Default taking the dashboard out

Is it difficult to take the dashboard out and putting it back on again? Is there alot of confusing electrical connection under? I don't want to activate my airbags and mess up electrical wires.
Any link to a website as to how to remove dashboard of a 94-01 integra?

I tried taking it out once. I'm not sure if I was suppose to force something but I removed 8 of the screws and I still couldn't drop it. For most work I would go ask a mechanic. It usually isn't THAT expensive.

Few things to note: There is a medal plate under the driver side steering wheel that I'm not sure how to get out so if you are going to work there then you might have to take that out. The passenger side has no plate and it is pretty easy to reach under the board and do whatever needs to be done. I wouldn't worry too much about blowing air bags and such.
