Default Tach problem

I bought a 97 gsr shell and put in a 01 gsr motor. I used the 97 harness with my 01 motor harness.

The tachometer doesnt work though.... I looked in the manual and it says one of the blue wires on the harness(from the car) is for the tachometer and one is to test the tachometer. The clip from the motor harness doesnt have a blue wire. So I know thats why the tach isnt working.

So my question is what do I run that blue wire to to get the tachometer to work?

thanks
