Key is in position 2 (on) and I get no fuel pump sound, and the left blinker and highbeam lights light up and stay on (on dash). Car won't fire at all. Gonna check all connects and fuses tomorrow. Something to do with a ground wire? I moved the front ground to a new spot on the valve cover. Only change I've made to the build post ever being able to start it up before though before I didn't do the timing belt right so this time I undid the crank bolt and whatnot. Put it all back together, and I seem to be forgetting something. Car is a 1990 Integra RS.

 

clean up and tighten all your grounds, at least one is bad when weird stuff like this starts happening.
