Street Setup: Ground Control Coilovers

Street Setup: Ground Control Coilovers
I'm thinking of getting a set of custom spring rate Ground Control coilovers.
Only concern I have, is what spring rates to get.
I am currently using H&R Sports which have 4.928KG/MM or 276LBS/IN.
I don't track my car, but i'd like it to handle well on the street.
What rates do you guys recommend and have?
What rates are overkill for daily driving?
I know Ground Control will recommend something if I call them, but I'd like to hear testimonials of what actual owners have and like about their rates.
If you could get a new suspension, what would it be and why?
For me the H&R are not stiff enough..

Re: Street Setup: Ground Control Coilovers (Understeer)
I've had 350F and 250R before and it's very streetable. Almost feels like stock to me. Although if i could do it over again, i would get 350F and 300-325R for street.
Right now i have 450F and soon 400-425R.
