i have a 91 integra, its been sitting in my drive way for bout 2 yrs. the problem is it wont start now, i didnt properly storage it, i didnt start it for 2 yrs, any ideas of what the problem is? what should i do?
Gas is probably so varnished it won't spark. Drain the tank is there is a lot of gas in it, change the spark plugs. You'll probably have to change the fuel filter and some other stuff as well. Make sure you are getting spark and fuel. Could be other things. But thats my first guess.
exactly what sack master said drain the tank get some good gas in there, then check the plugs, wires, ignition module and of course the battery, cant get no spark if your battery is junk
i started up a crx that sat outside for 1.5years with its original gas. Though the fuel pump and main relay and water pump all broke while it sat in the sun.
you might want to drain the old oil and put some new oil in...also crank the engine by hand to lubercate the internals a bit before you try to dry start it
