Starting problem
ok so when my car sits for example overnight inthe garage and i goto start it up the next morning it wont turn so i turn the key back and then try it again and it starts up? what could it be? starter?
Sounds like what you mean is the starter won't crank the engine?
Look for corroded/dirty/loose connections on the big battery cables. Then next time it happens, try hitting the starter with something. If that helps it means your starter is beginning to go.
It could also be a flaky ignition switch or a flaky clutch interlock switch.
If the starter works but the engine doesn't start, that's completely different.

It sounds like you may have a "flat" spot on your starter. This is pretty typical and happens as the car ages. This happened to me a while back.
If this is the case, there are really 2 courses of action:
(1) replace the starter -- this isn't difficult, but a new starter can be pricey. You don't want to buy one from a junk yard, though, as it may be as badly off as your current one.
(2) remove the started and have it repaired -- this is pretty easy and pretty inexpensive. After removal, you would then take it to an alternator/starter shop. They re-wind and rebuild it, usually offering a 1 or 2 year warranty, and charge anywhere from $20 - 40.
When mine began acting up, I had it re-wound, and it's worked like a champ ever since.
good luck
