i have a 92 integra b16 swap, and i recently installed ctr cams into my b16. after they were installed, i could take the car to 9k without any problems, and then the next time i would sputter out while WOT in vtec. or even worse, not hit where i am tuned to hit(5.5k) and hit at 6-7k and sputter out as well.

i have checked the timing, set the cam gears to 0, checked the plugs and plug wires, swapped out dizzy, compression tested and added grounds. i am at a dead end, i dont know what to check next.

any input would be appreciated and helpful

 

-check your engine oil
-is it throwing any cel codes?

 

code 20 but is over-rided by tuning, oil is full

 

anyone got anything to add?
