Sputtering Engine
I got a 93 RS integra, with a motor from a 90 LS, with a 95 intake manifold, and the 90 throttle body. Timing is was done perfect.
Motor was running fine, with no problems until I washed the engine. I made sure that I covered the distributor, and the wires going to the plugs.
Problem is that since the day I washed it, everytime I hit it, the engine starts sputering. I left the car alone, with the plug wires out for 2 days, and I checked the plugs, the plug holes, the distributor cap and rotor, and nothing was wet. The car runs better now, but from time to time it starts sputtering when I floor it. Any ideas?
I also must say that the car also seemed to have a ground issue, where the car won't start, we remedied that by adding another ground from the battery to the top of the block
