Default Engine Bogging?

My car just started bogging and sputtering last week. I found out the distributor was bad and changed it, now a week later it started bogging again. It isnt as bad as when the dizzy went out, but when i get rolling and start accelerating its like it goes into vtec and bogs down badly. If i stay in it it clears up after 6k and runs strong. And it doesnt do it when the car is cold, only once you get a few miles down the road. Can anyone tell me what the probem is?

Thanks, Micah

I assume you changed the cap when you did the rotor?

I reset the ecu and changed the plugs and got a few miles down the road and it started doing it again. I dont understand, the car is professionally tuned. When i take the plugs out there were black, i have not had a problem with fouling plugs in the 4months my car has been turbo. It has always ran perfectly every single day until now.
