Default sputtering

Im having problems with my car. I have a 95 integra ls with a gsr swap. It was running good until like a week ago. My car is sputtering alot. It first started sputtering only when v-tec kicked in but know it does it alot more often. I would appreciated if you guys can help me out in some way maybe you guys have experienced this before.

ignition related...you need to make sure its not throwing any CEL's then if its still sputtering we will go from there

How can i check if its throwing CEL's?
