Default uncheckable check engine light

hey guys ive been reading the forums for years and never signed up, now im in and have a question. i have a 94 civic coupe with a jdm b16 sir2 swap and i dirve alot. heres the deal, ill be running errands all day and randomly the check engine light will come on. when i get home i turn the car off and to the on position to read the code, and it doensn't show up any more. this is driving me crazy and it only happens when the car is fully warmed and im in and out of it all day. i tried checking it while the car was running just for *****, but no dice it just made my srs light turn on and off. any and all help is appreciated.

to check ecu codes you have to jump the 2-pin connector under the right side kick panel...... check this out: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1171263
