gsr help please~!
I just bought a 92 eg hatch with an obd1 jdm gsr b18c1 and im having some trouble with and need some advice. when taking off and going into vtec it feels like something is in front of the car and pushing it the oposite way, and feels like the car isnt going any where. the vtec kicks in at 4300 and you have to shift before 7000 it will not go past 7000, any ideas? its missing to exhaust manifold bolts that are getting replaced, but that cant be doing of of that right? let please Im in need of alot of help! also check engine light is on and srs light!

is your check engine light on? check to see what your codes are and then go from there

yeah, if your check engine light is on, that should be your first concern, not a imaginary force pushing you in the opposite direction.

Did it occur to you that the code might tell you exactly what's going on? The SRS light being on usually means the car was in an airbag-deploying accident of some kind and is never a good deal.
Check the code with a forked electrical connector - I find the red-based ones fit best - and let us know what it says.
