Default In a split second everything changes

Yesterday, me and my roommate were driving out to the beach in mid afternoon, and coming up on a turn that he thought he could handle. WRONG! We lost control and slid across the gravel on the other side of traffic, and the car rolled two or three times, i don't remember exactly what happened afterwards..top of the car was smashed in, windshield busted..(was hold on because of a tint strip) hood, bumper, driver side quarter panel, door and fender was all smashed...lucky the sunroof didn't cave in, we were trapped upside down for a good 5 mins, the doors were all jammed, had to crawl out through the driver side window. We're all okay, just a few cuts and bruises. Just to let you guys know that, becareful out there. Drive safe, and that life can change within a split second..this will probably force me to stop trying to acheiving speed, but to work more on suspension and safety in my car now...

yea..too bad the car isn't...but anyways we're gonna be parting out some stuff from the integra...its a 97 GS Integra, green exterior, tan leather interior...if anybody needs parts let me know...the motor we don't know if its in any usable condition, since the motor was upside down..the tranny is in tact...has 48000miles on it..

geez funny this should come up...

on the way home a Black RSX-S took a turn a little too quickly in front of me. When he nailed the brakes (he was probably driving one-handed) the car started to wobble and almost go right into a Jersey barrier at about 60mph

He recovered...

u know what's even funnier, just up the street there was an accident from where we were at, since we were inside the state park and outside the chp jurisdiction (not sure if that was spelled correctly), they didn't give us a ticket or anything, we were so worried, but they looked at the tire marks, and was wondering how we lost it, because at most we were goin 5mph over the speed limit...traction becomes a big problem...

Yea we lost traction over a bump, must of hit a hole or something, we weren't going all too quick, which was the strange part...

another proof that Integra is safe.

Anyway, I think your friend should have got some better tires and a swaybar.
