my speedometer has been acting strange, jumping up and down the past 2 weeks, then last night it just crapped out

I have cleaned the grounds on the car, cleaned the pins on the sensor itself and got a new speed sensor and works perfectly fine

my car is a 95 obd1 gsr, 96 spec itr swap, odb1 wire harness with the obd2 alternator clip spliced and soldered on, odb2 stock itr ecu with an obd2a to obd1 conversion harness and a 98 spec cluster with the stock green film on the back

I am hoping someone has had the same problem as me before or can supply a wiring diagram for the speedometer and sensor
