SPEEDOMETER and ODOMETER is not working!!!

SPEEDOMETER and ODOMETER is not working!!!
why is my 1997 del sol speedometer and odometer is not working????
the RPM, FUEL, TEMP. GAUGES IS WORKING FINE ALSO CEL did not showed.....
there's a thing that I took the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) out from GSR tranny and to put NEW tranny fluid in it....
i cleaned inside the connector for corrosion and tested on orange wire lead and its read at 9V...im wondering wht is the problem that does affect my speedometer and odometer is not working???

Why are you asking about a del Sol in the Integra forum? A VSS is a VSS. You have a wiring issue. Does the VSS output pulse as the wheels rotate?
