Speedometer doesnt work

I just changed my transmission on my integra, and my speedometer doesnt work. Any ideas on what to do to fix it, any help would be appreciated.

My first thought would be the speed sensor (sits on top of your tranny held in by 1 10mm bolt) ...is yours working properly, is it plugged in...check your connections.
