My old plugs looked sort of like your's. White in my case was ash deposits from burning oil... r u burning any oil?

Before messing with the VAFC throw some cheapie NGK coppers in it... Generally Honda people don't seem to like Bosch plugs.

i dont think im burning oil, iv done a compression test and it was 165 across the board and i have stock comp of 9.2-1 so i think that sounds right. Iv been trying to find some NGK coppers but none of the parts stores around me carry them only boshe, autolight and denso's. Know of a place to get a set?

autolites work well too.

your probably running lean but your plugs might also be hotter then what they should be. you could try just throwing a step colder plugs in and check them after a few miles.

well ill have to order some NGK's i guess since no parts store stocks them here. Maybe the local speed shop, are the 3330's any colder than stock plugs? im looking to "juice" the car but when i saw the plugs I halted because i might need other work first. Thanks for all the replies

also with the safc, when it shows the correction of a neg. valve such as the -8 is it adding fuel of taking away fuel? im confused on this because i know it moddifies the map sensor signal and i didnt know if it ment it was reducing the signal voltage or actully the fuel itself

That looks like ot is running very lean. Oil consumption would turn the end black and would foul out the plug. Check your fuel curves and richen it up before you pop a piston.

I would reason to think that adding to the pos would richen up the mixture, but I'm not completly sure. Ask this in either the Forced Induction forum or the Tech forum.

VAFC in negative values takes away fuel.

When people us the VAFC hack on turbos they can take away fuel because they are running larger injectors.

Denso plugs are good too.... right up there with the NGK's. Pick up those.
