i just installed a turbo and now i noticed that the car is throwing smoke from the breather filter on the valve cover. I remove the oil cap and alot of smoke is coming out.

is this normal?

no, sounds like you are burning oil possibly??

not really sure but that doesn't sound normal, tell us more about your set up

did you add a little more oil for the turbo/oil lines?

 

Sounds like you shouldve bought yourself a catch can , your have a fried ring/rings

yeah , well ur first cylinder is shot, the stock comp. shoud read 200, 95 is waaaaaaaaay low, id get that looked ASAP

 

i have a 94 turbo del sol and that same thing happened to me
tore it apart and the ringlands were blown, they are cast from the factory and very weak under boost situations. honda's also have a terrible pcv system for boost so you need to upgrade to a oil catch can....but i'd be willing to put money on that you blew your ringlands out
