Simple question...
I'm not going to be able to modify my Tegs engine for about 2 years (dont ask) but I want to go ahead and get Hondata. I'm just wondering what stage you guys think would be right for me. Also, if I get a stage 3, can I upgrade to a stage 4 without buying everything over again? Thanks!!
I haven't looked into Hondata too much, but I would guess that to help you sufficiently that you would need to list your plans for the car. Turbo or N/A, how extensive, this and that and then you can be helped further from there....
ummm ermmm... when I start working on my car it wont be done for awhile
But here it goes....
Completly redoing the motor :
Bore to 2.1L (or 2.0)
Crowler valve, valve springs, rockers, pushrods and camshafts
Endyn pistons and piston rods (if they have em)
4-1 Headers (unknown)
Exhaust system (unknown)
Golden Eagle sleeves
Fuel injectors (unknown at this point)
14-20 PSI DRAG III turbo (shooting for 15)
NOS or Venom (80-100 shot)
Transmission (unknown)
If you want to also help and fill in some of the Unknowns than please be my guest

I would wait on getting the Hondata, especially if your not going to do mods for 2 years. Something else might come out that is better than the hondata, and if nothing else comes out better, the prices for hondata may drop in 2 years or you might be able to get one used then for a really good deal.
